We hit our funding goal for the Lanier almost exactly 24 hours after launch. Thank you for the wonderful support you have given this project!
It has been an exciting week for us, and what makes it even better is seeing our prototypes out in the wild and met with great reviews. Here are some first looks at the Lanier:
"I often go for a walk through Chicago’s near west side neighborhoods to take a mid-day break and get a little writing done. The Lanier has been perfect for that. I can grab it, along with my iPad, a notebook, pen, and Apple Pencil with room to spare, and head out without taking my bigger, heavier messenger bag."
"The main compartment has more than enough room for my iPad, keyboard, and Confidant; the front zipper pocket is where my charger goes; and the removable pouch is perfect for the memo books, earbuds, and writing utensils."
"Nock made the Lanier to fit around A4 sized notebooks, and I have no doubt that is the case, but I don’t have any near me to confirm. What I can say is that it is really thin and fits my larger iPad Pro extremely well — with, or without the Silicone case and Smart Keyboard Cover — the iPad Pro slides in and out better than any other case I have used."
Once we hit the $50,000 mark on this project we will open up a stretch goal to launch our first A5-sized, soft-bound, side-stapled notebook in the fantastic Kraft/Brown color way seen above. We are exited to make this happen, and hope you are too!
If you are interested at all in the Lanier, now is the time to get on board. It is just $88 while on Kickstarter, and when retail for $98 when done. Plus, you will be able to add on some sweet notebooks at well below retail.
Check out the details here, spread the word, and thanks for your support!
